Rod Vargas, President
A Professional Civil Engineer with experience in Environmental, Civil and Landscape design. Rod moved to Summit County with his family to enjoy the mountain life. He feels privileged to work with top professionals whose focus is to exceed client expectations and work hard to expand the legacy Summit Landscaping has planted over the last 28 years.
Katie Champoux, Sales & Operations Manager
Katie has been with Summit Landscaping for five years, she is very experienced in the front-office functions of the company, and a key member of the team. She also assists in Garden Center operations, along with Susie. She is a local homeowner, and her husband works for the Summit County government. During the winter months, Katie works for the Breckenridge Ski Resort.
Cheryl DeJulio, Accounting Manager
Cheryl has been with Summit Landscaping for over five years. She is in charge of accounting and daily interacts with clients to address their needs. She has lived in Summit County for over 27 years.
Susie Nothnagel, Retail Manager
Susie has been with Summit Landscaping for three years, she hires, trains and manages the summer staff, along with managing inventory levels at our Garden Center. She is fluent in Spanish, and during the Winter months she patrols, along with her husband, at Breckenridge Ski Resort.
Nick Hoffman, Production Manager
He has been with Summit Landscaping for 10 years and manages a team of 15-20 individuals. He is responsible for tree harvesting so we can maintain the best and healthiest tree availability for our clients.
Tell Perry, Maintenance Manager
Tell began his career in Horticulture over 10 years ago as an apprentice and has stayed in the industry ever since. He is qualified and passionate when it comes to garden and plant care and understands the importance of garden aesthetics to the overall vision of your beautiful home.
